If the game stays on the loading screen

1. Check the address. Open lagoslife.appdirectly. If you arrived inside a social app, open the same address in your regular browser so you can rule out that app's embedded browser.
2. Check the connection. Try another ordinary website. If that also fails, fix the connection first. When available, try Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, or mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, and note which one works.
3. Give the first load time to finish. On a slow connection, repeated refreshes can restart the process. If the page is still stuck, reload once and see whether the same point fails again.
4. Try an updated browser. Install normal browser updates from its official source. Close duplicate game tabs and try again in one tab. We have not verified a minimum Android or iOS version for the current game.
5. Look for an official notice. If another browser or connection has the same problem, pause and check the official accounts linked below. Follow any maintenance instructions published by the game.

If you cannot log in

Use the login entry on the official game. Check that you are entering the account identifier requested by that form, and watch for accidental spaces or a changed keyboard layout. If a password manager fills an old account, select the intended saved account instead of changing several details at once.

If the official form offers recovery, follow that flow. We cannot reset a game password or restore an account. If you see a restriction, verification request or repeated-attempt message, follow it and contact support when needed; do not keep submitting the form or create another account to get around the restriction.

The official privacy policy says necessary cookies help account sessions and core game functions. If your browser blocks all cookies, check its settings for the official game. You do not need to turn on optional tracking to follow this troubleshooting checklist.

If the game is slow on your phone

Close unused browser tabs and other demanding apps, then reopen the game in a single tab. If the phone is hot, let it cool before trying again. Compare the game on the same device using another available connection; this helps separate a network problem from a device problem.

Note whether the slowdown happens everywhere or only after opening a particular game screen. That detail is more useful to support than a general “it is lagging”. Avoid installing unofficial “fix” apps, modified game clients or extensions that ask for your account credentials.

If your progress looks missing

First check you are signed into the intended account at the correct game address. Capture the visible error or missing screen, with private details covered, and contact official support. Avoid clearing site data, deleting an installed shortcut or reinstalling as a first step: those actions can remove local browser information and sign you out. Follow the game's support instructions before making a change you cannot undo.

The public official accounts panel and current legal pages list [email protected]. Use that official channel for account or game problems. This independent guide has no access to player accounts.

Include these details so support can understand what failed:

• The screen you were trying to open and the exact visible error.
• Your device model, operating system and browser version.
• When it happened, including your time zone, and whether it happens again.
• Whether another connection or browser changed the result.
• A redacted screenshot when it helps. Never include a password, one-time code or payment credentials.
